Filling of Containers and Bags

HECHT delivers configurable systems for filling containers and bags—Filling Heads, FIBC Filling Stations, and Bin/Drum solutions. Designed for dust-free, high-containment transfer of bulk solids, they combine operator safety with hygienic design for pharma, chemical and food plants. Options include dosing/weighing, WIP/CIP, ATEX, and continuous-liner technology. With OEL ≤ 1 µg/m³ capability and ergonomic access, every setup is tailored to your required throughput, footprint and level of automation.

• Filling Heads — For drums, FIBCs, sacks, bins; manual or semi-automatic, OEL ≤ 1 µg/m³, double O-ring, optional dedusting/ATEX, WIP/CIP
• FIBC Filling Stations (BG-Basic / BG / BG-L / HS) — Shared options: height-adjustable docking, dust extraction, weighing/dosing, vibration compaction, roller tracks. BG-Basic (compact, one-side access; < 1,500 mm FIBCs), BG (overhead or floor scales; easy-clean), BG-L (L-shape, three-side access; pallet-truck feeding), HS (lifting column, paneled stainless enclosure, E-floor scales, up to 1,500 kg; hygienic finish).
• Bin Filling Stations — Modular stations for small bins, drums, cartons, sacks; select liner or continuous-liner head to meet containment (up to OEB 5), throughput and automation targets.

• Big-bag filling with gross/net weighing and vibration densification (from compact BG-Basic to hygienic HS).
• Dust-tight drum/bag filling using endless liner (up to OEB 5) with quick shower-cap liner changes.
• IBC/rigid bin dosing with precise flow control and CIP/WIP integration.
• ATEX-rated filling in Ex zones with local dust extraction and bonding/grounding.
